How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Are MARS Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All MARS Cosmetics products are 100% cruelty-free and are never tested on animals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
How can I track my package?
You can track your package by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
